Sports Hive accepts prepaid orders only. The online payment methods available for your order, such as UPI, debit and credit cards or net banking, are always shown at checkout.

Secure checkout

Our website uses SSL encryption. Online payments are processed by secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways, and Sports Hive never stores your full card details, UPI PIN or banking passwords.

Shipping charges

Standard Shipping is free on all orders (5–6 business days). Express Shipping is ₹224 (2–3 business days). See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for details.

Prices, GST & invoices

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. A tax invoice is included with every order; institutions can share their GSTIN at checkout for a GST invoice.

Failed payments & refunds

If money is debited but your order isn't confirmed, it is usually reversed automatically by your bank within 5–7 business days. Refunds for returns follow our Returns & Refunds Policy. Need help? Contact us.
