What payment methods do you accept?
Sports Hive accepts prepaid orders only. Pay securely online at checkout using the methods shown there, such as UPI, debit and credit cards or net banking.
How do I pay for my order?
All orders are prepaid. You pay securely online at checkout, and your order is confirmed as soon as payment is complete.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard Shipping delivers in 5–6 business days and Express Shipping in 2–3 business days. Remote areas may take a little longer. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard Shipping is free on all orders (5–6 business days). Express Shipping costs ₹224 (2–3 business days). Choose your option at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking link by email/SMS. You can also use our Order Tracking page or check My Account → Orders.
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery for unused products in their original packaging with tags. Some items such as mouthguards, innerwear, swimwear, customised jerseys and engraved trophies are not returnable for hygiene or personalisation reasons. Read the full Returns & Refunds Policy.
When will I receive my refund?
Once the returned item passes quality check, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
I received a damaged or wrong item. What should I do?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos (an unboxing video helps). We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Are your products genuine?
Absolutely. We source directly from brands, authorised distributors and trusted manufacturers. Every product is 100% genuine and covered by the applicable manufacturer warranty.
How do I choose the right size or model?
Product pages include size charts and specifications. For cricket bats, rackets and shoes, contact us with your age, height and playing level and we'll recommend the right fit.
Can I use a coupon code?
Yes. Enter your coupon code in the cart or at checkout and the discount will be applied automatically. Only one coupon can be used per order unless stated otherwise.
Do you supply schools, academies and clubs?
Yes! We offer bulk pricing, custom team uniforms, sports day supplies and trophies for institutions. Email hello.sportshive@gmail.com with your requirements for a quote.
Do you provide GST invoices?
Yes. A tax invoice is included with every order. Businesses and institutions can share their GSTIN at checkout or by email to receive a GST invoice.
