1. Acceptance of terms

This website is operated by Sports Hive, Danapur, Patna, Bihar, India. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate and complete information when registering or ordering.

3. Products & pricing

We try to display products, colours and specifications as accurately as possible, but minor variations may occur. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Prices, offers and availability may change without notice. In case of an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid.

4. Orders & acceptance

An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order; it is not acceptance. A contract is formed when we dispatch the products. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or delivery restrictions. Bulk orders may be subject to separate quotes and terms.

5. Payments

We accept prepaid orders only. Online payments are processed by secure third-party payment gateways using the methods shown at checkout; we do not store your full card details. Cash on Delivery is not available.

6. Coupons & promotions

Coupon codes and promotional offers are subject to their stated terms, validity and minimum order values. Unless stated otherwise, only one coupon can be applied per order, coupons cannot be exchanged for cash, and we may withdraw offers at any time or cancel orders that misuse them.

7. Shipping, returns & warranty

Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, and returns, refunds and cancellations by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Where products carry a manufacturer's warranty, warranty claims are handled as per the brand's terms and we will help you raise them.

8. Safe use of equipment

Sports and fitness equipment should be used as intended, with appropriate protective gear and supervision where needed. Please follow the manufacturer's instructions and consult a qualified professional before starting any new fitness programme. Sports Hive is not liable for injuries caused by misuse or improper use of products.

9. Intellectual property

All website content, including the Sports Hive name and logo, text, graphics and design, belongs to Sports Hive or its licensors and may not be copied or used without written permission. Brand names and trademarks of products sold belong to their respective owners.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sports Hive's total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

11. Governing law & contact
